This policy explains when a payment for Reveals UI/UX Pro can be refunded and how.
The free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
When a refund is given
Contact us if you were charged twice, if you paid and your plan was not activated, or if the service did not work for you and we could not fix it. Each request is reviewed and answered.
How to ask
Use the contact page and include the order number from your receipt and the email address of your account.
How long it takes
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank or wallet may take longer to show it.
Manual payments
A refund for a manual transfer is sent back to the account the money came from, after we confirm the transaction.
